ekko helps industrial companies digitize their shopfloors by offering complex processes, such as pick-by-light and eKanban, as simple plug-and-play applications that include the necessary hardware.
Problems to solve

Users don't understand that ekko provides both hardware and software.
We designed infographics, created explanatory videos, and rewrote all paragraphs to highlight each segment of the services ekko provides.
It is not possible to quickly edit the website to create new landing pages or change existing ones to increase conversion rates.
We switched from WordPress to Webflow. This allows us to quickly adjust layouts and create new custom pages without coding. This saves us time and money on developers.
The website's organic reach is not optimized by search engines and LLMs.
We noticed that the page speed could be improved. This is particularly evident with video content, as it sends a significant amount of data to YouTube via the YouTube player. We now use our own content delivery network (CDN), minified all images and scripts and created specialized sitemaps for LLMs. We are now ranked within the top four search engine results and are mentioned in LLMs.
Users do not immediately understand the backend, which requires thorough training.
We designed a user-centric, drag-and-drop editor that streamlines every step for each device on the shopfloor. Production managers can easily refine their processes without needing training.
The lead quality of the performance marketing needs improvement.
We created a new lead form within a wizard. This design pattern is powerful and can be used to simplify infrequent or complex processes for novices. By displaying less information at a time, users can better focus on the relevant content for each step. This decreases the likelihood of errors and increases the conversion rate.
