Consistent and scalable appearance across all devices and policy areas

Full integration of a design system, including a complete redesign of the platform and products.

High abandonment rate within the sign-up process

We added an on-screen one-time password (OTP) process that did not require the user to exit the application to activate the account. This reduced the number of drop-offs by a double-digit percentage.

Increase the number of sign-ups and license purchases

We created a simplified paywall with a multi-step, guided onboarding process that eliminates distractions. Additionally, rather than hiding the full content, we blurred it, giving users a glimpse of what to expect before signing up.

Increase user engagement on the search

Concept of an AI-based search with autocomplete, which enables users to quickly find certain topics and skim relevant information.

Integrate a whole new policy area by highlighting the cooperation between Tagesspiegel and Handelsblatt (two German media companies)

Created a new keyvisual including a highlight badge which underlines the cooperation between Tagesspiegel and Handelsblatt to ensure users understand where the content is coming from.
