Hosting and server logs
The website runs on a server operated by Hetzner Online GmbH (Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany) in a data centre in Germany. When you visit, the server processes technically necessary data such as IP address, time and requested page in server logs. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure, stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are not merged with other data.
Contact form
If you use the form, we process the details you enter (name, company, email address, selected package, your message) solely to handle and answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Delivery to us runs through the email service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA). We keep enquiries only as long as needed for handling and follow-up questions, and do not pass them to third parties.
Fonts and external content
All fonts are served from our own server; visiting this site opens no connection to Google Fonts. Links to external sites (such as huusfink.ch, cliptag.ai, ekko.io) lead to services whose operators are responsible for their own data processing.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. Just write to demian@framepass.io. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
